Rough Storyline:
Year 2012. Six.years.passed.since.the.time.of.the.Second.catastrophe.to.have.made.the.April.events.of
1986.fade..The.game.is.set.in.the.Chernobyl.exclusion.zone.which.turned.from.a.destiny�breaker"place
into a threat to all mankind. The Zone is reluctant.to.open.up.its.mysteries.and.needs.to.be.forced.to.do
it. It is a rare hero who can reach the very heart of the Zone onto find out what danger.awaits.him.there.
A danger which,.compared.to.marauders.and.enemy.groupings,.all.monsters.and.anomalies,.will.seem.a
mere preparation to.the meeting with something more fatal and threatening..But for now, get ready, hero.
Collect artefacts and trade, grope your path and keep an eye on the rear,.catch.roentgens.and.fight.only
make sure you survive! And.then,.perhaps,.if.you.are.persistent.and.truly.lucky,.you.will.find.out.why.all
this had fallen on you.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. - Shadow of Chernobyl � Installation:
1) Extract the rar's with WinRar, 7-Zip or WinAce.
_____If you get "CRC failed in file name. The file is corrupt"! error, use repair command:
_____Open Winrar from the Start Menu. Navigate to and select the damaged file. Click "Repair" on the toolbar
2) Mount or Burn the iso.
_____Mount: use the included Microsoft Virtual ROM tool,
___________or whatever you prefer. Then, find the new drive in "My Computer"
_____or
_____Burn: burning software has the option to "Burn from Image".
__________"name.iso" is the image.
__________You'll need a DVD burner and software like Nero,
__________plus a blank DVD disk.
_____Mounting is faster, cheaper, and easier, but requires HDD space
_____Burning to Disk costs more and is slow, but gives a Hard Copy
3) Install Game, do not crack yet
4) Apply Patches to v1.0006, then backup the updated game.exe for future patching
5) Copy v1.0006 crack over installed file
6) Enjoy!
