Also, checked with Windows 7 ISO Verifier:
"The specified ISO file is a valid Windows 7 Ultimate build 7600.169835 (US English) 32 bit image."

I didn't have the MD5 so I looked it up on MyDigitalLife.info (a site I trust) and got the same MD5 on there. That page is here: http://forums.mydigitallife.info/showthread.php?p=102493

People on there were saying it is the same file as before (as I suspected), just different numbers on the file name.

Anyways, you can download the x86 version without worries!
