1. Extract RARs
2. Mount or Burn image
3. Install using setup.exe or run autorun
4. Copy crack from Razor1911 folder on image over installed files

For those getting the launcher problem:
you just need to open the redlist folder on the iso, go to the physx app from nvidia.
run the prog, the game works perfect from then on.
